Problem Alex! When I hit Ctrl C, it copies the pose , but when hitting Ctrl Shift V, the position goes the opposite direction just by moving the arms and body, but not the legs… The legs stays the same. What can I do??

Yup some people have had this issue. I think it’s a bug. Like I said just do the other side by hand and it should work

Firstly hide your subdivision surface modifier as it’s making everything go slow. Go on modifier and click the screen icon. It looks fine just delete all the frames after 10 as those seem off and start from there
