Need help with rigging

May you kindly help me on that one. Im sure those dotted lines show relationships but when I move my main controller, the origin paint is left behind.
Isn't it that all the dotted lines should point to the main controller? I don't know what I could have done wrong

It seems you somehow moved the bones from the origin point. If you go into pose mode of the bones and select them all with the A key you can then move them back towards the origin point. Or in object mode of the armature, reset the origin to the bones. Just right click and go to set origin
