I was working on a new project for a few weeks. I wanted to make Lightning McQueen and put him on a race track. Here are a few still renders.

Thought I would give some words here to maybe help. the car looks like its sitting still, which might be what you wanted but it sounds like he is racing. But if you wanted to make look like it was moving. You have blur, but one not enough and maybe not in right area? You would not see any legible text on the side and it not blurring the back where there should be a trail of blur giving illusion of speed(Blue). Second the lettering on the tire would be impossible to be read(white), because that’s not a radial blur around the tire , gives the illusion the car is sitting still on the track then racing on the track.
Yes i figured the problem. For the wheels i should probably mess with the rotation drivers and stuff and also the shutter speed

However, I think you might need to do some compositing.
Oh and maybe some 2D effects such as speed lines 
You could also use some bokeh blurring which should work neatly.
You don’t have to add 2d effects, maybe a little compositing, just get the motion blur right and I think it will look great
Yea, but I would recommend some mixing cuz a lot of renders (and art) does this mistake of having too much blur
