I am wondering about the scars. Should I look for some Zbrush or it is better to do with sharp drwaing/clay strips? Any idea?

You can make the scars with an alpha map or get a scars alpha map and stencil it on there. His scars are pretty simple from what I remember so you can also just use the crease and draw brush too and add them
