Experiment with Displace modifier + Texture to create this uneven mesh

As you can see. I have assigned vertex groups to the mesh for which areas I want to have displacement.

Workflow
1)Add a loop cut
2) Setup vertex group
3)Add displace modifier–> assign the vertex group
4)Based on the below image, I’ve worked with texture properties to utilize the “Type” option for that noise/voronoi effect.
