Armature deforms my mesh

Hello there…i am following Learn 3D Animation - The Ultimate Blender 4.3+ A-Z Guide] and i am stuck at the 113. Inverse Kinematics … the issue is when i am tried to move my bones, my mesh is deformed…like i have two mashes as you can see on the first image .the issue is that i can not see any other object that can be duplicated ?

Hey my friend. The reason it didn’t upload the .blend is because it is the wrong file (which is fine many people do that at first). With the .blend there are two files, one with a Blender logo and one without. If you drag or upload the one with the Blender logo, it will work. In the zipped folder you put the other one
