Watched this talk from Flipped Normals and thought I should share it here since many of you dream of working in the industry one day.
The guys from Flipped Normals talk about their professional experience and give some advice and heads up to newcomers. I’d recommend anyone interested in a career in 3D to give this a listen while you’re doing your projects.
The 2 key points for me were 1) Have the self esteem and respect required to stand up for yourself and your rights
2) Realize that your actions within a studio will ripple and affect all other artists and how the industry will expect artists to work
