Currently taking The Ultimate Blender 3D Node Course. So for practice, I made a quick sculpt of an enderman and use noise texture to create a blood splatter effect.

Dang man that is super cool. Nicely done. Always good to put in practice what you learn. One quick tip, you can put the subsurface up to like .1 or .2 or so and change the subsurface color to give it even more skin-like material. But either way well done!
