One can’t have enough material to play with I assume. 
So here’s what I found in a newsletter yesterday:
70 (great looking) PBR materials for free provided by Nikola Damjanov
Each material comes with AO, Diff, Height, Metallic, Normal, Opacity, Roughness and Spec Maps as far as I could see (I’m actually downloading it).
